New for 2008,
we've worked out a protocol with an embroiderer to enable everyone to
purchase merchandise with the MCA logo without MCA having to carry any
inventory.
The big plus
here is that you can choose from a wide array of clothing, and have it
embroidered with the MCA logo. Here's what you'll need to do:
1) Go to the embroiderer's website (www.embroidery-web.com)
and set up your own personal account (do not put the logo into your logo
corner).
2) Send an email to Debra Reineke (dreineke@embroidery-web.com) at
Embroidery-Web and request to use the MCA logo. Be sure to give
Debra the MCA Merkantile coordinator name (Dennis Edwards) so they can
find the MCA logo.
3) Embroidery-Web will notify Dennis that they have a customer that
would like approval to use the MCA logo.
4) Dennis will respond giving approval to use the logo with your online
order.
5) Once you hear back from Embroidery-Web, you can then place an order
on-line and they will ship directly to your designated address.
Embroidery-Web has used this procedure with several organizations like
ours with good success.
A few items (e.g. ball caps) require minimum quantities, but Dennis
Edwards already has some of those on-hand, and you could get one (or
more) directly from him with a PayPal remittance. You can reach
Dennis
Edwards via the
MCA
Forum which discusses this topic.
