Despite rain through the weekend, the majority of Saturday was dry which allowed much polishing and prepping to be completed. |
This is where it all happens at Carlisle. On Saturday, cars start arriving in the early hours and immediately we start striking up conversations with old friends and making new ones. The turn out was great this year, and as ever, the standards high. In particular the Scorpio standard continues to amaze us - those cars just seem to get younger every year! The problem everyone has is finding time to meet everyone, look at the cars, discuss the various problems that we all suffer from, walk the trade isles, look at the other marques and visit the flea market. That's not to mention registering at the tent and listening to the seminars. Maybe if the show was a week long next year? Enjoy the selection of pictures we have put together for you here. If I have mis-captioned any pictures or if you want a caption added, please let me know. |
